Jason Myers (Chairman, CEO and Co-Founder of the CXO Collective model)
Jason Myers (CEO and Co-Founder) has over two decades of experience in executive and entrepreneurial roles in the Energy/Aerospace, Electronics, Telecommunications, Online Retail, Software as a Service, and Mobile markets for startups, growth stage, Inc 500, and Fortune 50 companies.
He has often been used as a “hired gun” turn-around expert and is often referred to as a swiss army knife for business. His largest annual P&L responsibility was $1.8 billion before retiring to become a full-time entrepreneur at the age of 34 after initiating and integrating the largest merger in history at the time.
The internet and software that powers it have always been an interest and in 1997, he created one of the first paid online directory websites, focused on professional speakers, coaches, and trainers. Since then, he has launched or turned around growing technology-enabled businesses in both B2C and B2B markets.
He co-founded an online mass merchandise retailer selling 1.865 million SKUs in a low-touch business model that leveraged proven drop ship, just-in-time inventory methods employed by Amazon.com, Target.com, and Walmart.com. As CEO and chief software architect, he achieved a rank of 272 on the Inc. 500 list of the fastest-growing privately held companies in the U.S. He sold that company to a publicly-traded manufacturer.
He has invested in multiple software and other companies and recently sold one of the SaaS companies to its largest competitor in 2013. Since then he acquired the global Guerrilla Marketing brand and has been immersed in blockchain, cryptocurrency, and Web3 ventures as an investor, advisor, and evangelist for DAO’s and NFTs, since mining bitcoin in late 2010 and getting into ICO advisory in 2017 and DAO formation and governance in 2020. He’s launched or participated in many DAOs.
Jason has founded, invested in, and sold over 27 successful companies since 1991. He lives to drive results for fast-moving organizations and currently serves as an advisor, board member, and investor in more than a dozen companies while being a highly sought-after speaker, panelist, and consultant for many others.

Corbin Cowan identifies, evaluates, develops, and manages alternative investment opportunities. He has more than a decade of experience preparing companies to raise capital and identifying strategic growth and efficiency opportunities to maximize their value.

Â I have over 33 years of experience in the financial field. Â I currently manage a $175 million branch for First Hawaiian Bank which has over $17 billion in assets. Â As a retail branch manager, I work closely with small business owners assisting entrepreneurs from start up through expansion stages. I also assist them with business succession and retirement planning. Â Together with my wife, we invest in real estate and currently have real estate holdings in several states. Â I hold graduate degrees in both Chinese language and business administration.Â
Anna was born and raised in Kamchatka, Russia, she then moved to Krasnodar where attended Kuban State University and earned Master of Fine Arts. Since relocating to the United States in 2002, she has been an IT consultant spanning major companies across diverse industries including Microsoft, Arris, AT&T, and T-Mobile; and an entrepreneur, co-managing a family business together with her husband Bryan Rowlands (himself a member of CXO). Married for ten years, Anna and Bryan have five children, three dogs, and share a love of motorcycle riding. Anna counts singing and oil painting among her favorite hobbies.

Fred began his practical training with seven years in the US Army, followed by a successful 15-year career in sales and marketing within the pharmaceutical and medical device industry for Merck, Millennium Bio Tech, and Medtronic. In 2004, he acquired the largest native plant relocation company in Arizona. By 2006, he became CEO of Sedona Labs for which he raised capital and brought proven business systems to the company growing it from and $6.5 million to $27.5 million sales in three years. The company sold as Nutri-Health Supplements to a publically traded Canadian firm for $21.7 million in December 2008, returning over $17 million to investors. Fred raised more than $10 million to start a network marketing company, which attracted 15,000.
Greg has more than 20 years experience in the environmental, health and safety consulting field. He is CEO of GO Global Environmental based in Scottsdale, Arizona. In this capacity, he works closely with companies to develop world-class environmental, health and safety management systems and enhances their profitability by reducing and eliminating environmental liabilities and enhancing employee safety performance. He also is CEO of Business Investors Unlimited, LLC where he, together with his wife, invests in companies to increase their profitability and prepare them for sale for more than they are worth today. He holds three graduate degrees in law and environmental sciences.
Greg Linnebach’s varied and successful journey reads like an adventure story.
As a Master Serial Entrepreneur, Greg has formed, led and served as CEO and/or director of numerous corporations, including a bank and one publicly traded company.

Lee Norman dropped out of high school to serve in the US Army. Later, he earned an associateâ€™s degree in electronics and a bachelorâ€™s degree in business. In his early career he worked in management with the JC Penney Company and had a successful career in industrial sales with Motorola.
He left the corporate world to start his own business — a specialty contracting business in the metro Atlanta area. He grew the business from scratch into a $3 million dollar sales organization. His business was chosen as â€œSmall Business of the Yearâ€ by the Chamber of Commerce. He has served on two national boards. Lee has taught classes and done public speaking on a national level. Lee sold his business in 2008 to semi-retire and to pursue another interest: helping small businesses grow.

Lee and Sharen, his wife of 51 years, enjoy semi-retirement. They live in the metro Atlanta, Georgia area. Lee enjoys spending time with his family, reading, motorcycle riding and an occasional round of golf.
